Suddenly, a loud CRASH echoed through the king's chamber. Magically soundproofed, no one would know about it as a young man landed on the trolley.

"Stupid plane, I just managed this... When I looked in here earlier this stupid trolley wasn't here... Ah, well," Garulia said, climbing off and dusting his jacket off. Alteon nearly fell out of the bed. "Who are you and what do you want??"

"I am Garulia of the Outcasts and-hey, you're that girl who was next to Lex!" he said, pointing at Roxi.

Roxi was already half way asleep when she heard the crash and was immediately jolted up in the bed looking in the direction that the sound came from. Garulia smirked. "Yes, THAT GIRL. I don't know your name. So, I'm Garulia. Nice to meet ya. Now, I'm here to talk to Alteon."

Alteon rolled his eyes and pulled his robe on. "Yes yes, what is it you've got to say?"

"Well, I hear you are sympathetic to our cause," he said, pausing for a second and seeing Alteon's nod. "Well, you see, I am beseeching you for help. We cannot win this war alone, even with our powers. There are just too many of them, and too few of us."

Alteon sighed. "You have my help. I know what it is like to be shunned, so I will offer my forces. Politically, this is still a smart move because this war will end with them winning and ending up attacking us. You earth people are so greedy. No offense, Roxi."

Roxi was only half listening when she heard her name being spoken, "Huh, what?" she asked snapping out of her trance. She was half asleep, so she wasn't much good for a conversation anyway.

The king sighed.

"Never mind. Look, Garulia, I will help you. We are allies in this war now. I'm sure Roxi will end up letting everyone know we're working together. I will send four guards to escort you out and protect you. Maid! Give this gentlemen our best four warriors and tell them he is to lead them."

Garulia bowed his head.

"Thank you, your majesty," he said, as the crash of the maid sounded again and Gar followed her.

Roxi looked at them and yawned a little as Garulia left the room, "I think you gave in a bit to easily." she said looking at him, "How do you know he won't just use your help to get what he wants and then turn on you?" she asked letting out another yawn as she laid down on the bed again.

Alteon shook his head.

"I have spies everywhere. He's not gonna do that. Several spies are placed in the government and Outcasts, so I am pretty fluent in personalities, especially his. I know what to do and how to do it. He is going to be a valuable ally."

Meanwhile...

The maid led Gar into a room with a lot of knights in it, swords and armor all at the ready.

"Wedge, Biggs, Barret, and... Rufus. You four. Protect this man and do as he says, king's orders," the maid said to four men. They nodded and knelt before Garulia.

"We beseech your name, sir," the one named Wedge said.
