Abilities: Can travel through/send people into other dimensions. Only works with as much force as he can physically do. (also good with his sword.

Back-story: After the bomb exploded, Garulia was homeless. A baby lost among rubble, born two months after the bomb exploded with his mom dying giving birth to him, the only way Garulia had survived was by slipping into another dimension through one of the rifts that had opened up after the bomb exploded. Luckily, he had fallen into the light realm and raise by good people. After he ventured into the real world again, seventeen years later, he stayed with the government compound until...

He hit 18 and began to learn to use his powers. Accidentally, he sent a mugger into the dark realm and was hunted afterwards. Barely getting away, he went forever on the run, looking for friends.
