Back-story [where your character came from, family, any other important facts]:Kottyis the twin sister of Morgan Forrester and the daughter of Mary and Michael Forrester. They have no siblings that are known of because they were concieved on their parents wedding night just a few days before the bomb went off and destroyed Russia. They were orphaned when they were only seven when Meta's broke into their home murdering their parents for their invovlement with the government. After that they were turned over to the government until their eighteenth birthdays in which case they would be on their own. However after they turned eighteen they fled the government finding out what they were and are currently being tracked by the head of the templars to join the government's cause.

Other Information:Meta is very protective of twin. Will most likely give in and not fight, but is dangerous when cornered, approach with hesitation.
