Here are the rules for the site. Me and the rest of the admin would like to welcome you to the site and ask that you read these rules and follow them. We have a three strikes system for breaking rules. Once someone has to tell you more than three times that you are breaking the rules will result in banning 1 day then doubling for each time you break them, eventually resulting in a permanent ban from the site.
No one under the age of 18 is permitted on Outcasts. Just don't tell us if you are.
You MUST complete the character bio to RP in/off/around the site period. Or you will be limited to just posting in the spam topics. (if that) It's not hard just go and do it because I don't like getting angry...its not a pretty sight.
Respect the Admin. This includes Admin, mods. Just respect everyone in general but you must do as a admin tells you. If you find that, that person is being unfair to you then take it up with an admin. Also please don't tell an admin how to do their job or if they are doing something wrong. I highly doubt that they are since they are all extremely experienced rp'ers. Please don't make us get nasty we don't like it and we don't like being told what to do. (If it's an admin take it up with another one. We have 3)
Do not harass other members in any way. Sexual harassment will get you banned for life. This will not be tolerated.
DO NOT share personal information. Specifics on where you live, real names, and photo-sharing are not permitted. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY FOR YOUR SAFETY. While we know many people know each other outside, and we become good friends here, please respect each other and do not share other peoples information FOR them. From now on, first offense is a warning, Second offense: you will be banned. Screen names, etc are allowed, but please be careful. While we would like to believe there is no one here who would harm you, we know to be realistic and that is not always the case.
Do NOT be rude in your posts. We live by the golden rule here. Treat others as you would want to be treated. I will not tolerate anyone being mean to another member. You will be banned.
Do NOT advertise websites, products, other things in your posts. We have a thread that is specifically for advertisements....whether it be websites and/or products. That will be the only place in which you can advertise.
Do NOT use excessive profanity, its quite rude and can tend to offend people.
Do NOT spam where it is not permitted. We have threads for that. If you need to speak out of context use ooc: Also if you do not post in the RP and constantly ooc instead rp'ing it is considered spamming...it WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.
Do NOT post pornography. (You will be banned 4-life) Enough needs said for that unless you are stupid...this will be an ip ban.
Do NOT post links to pornography. (You will be banned 4-life) This is an IP ban as well.
Do NOT god-mod. It ruins everyone's fun and makes us very angry. If you don't know what godmoding is...find out. Ask Someone. Pm an admin to ask what god-modding or power-playing is.
Threads should not exceed more than 20 pages, after that you need to make a new thread.
If you follow these simple rules, yours and others RP quality of RP will be much more enjoyable.
ALSO NO MARY SUE'S OR DRAMA QUEENS....This means do not get whiny...whiny people will not be tolerated...if you have a problem take it up with an admin...if its an admin take it up with another but do not whine about it otherwise nothing will get done and you will look like a fool...This is not high school...if you want that then stay in school and not on here.
You MAY NEVER KILL ANOTHER CHARACTER...even if it is a NPC (Non playable Character) You must have admin permission to kill an npc that is frequently used.
Because rated R material is permitted, anyone under the age of 18 is not permitted. If we don't find out we don't care. *nudge nudge, wink wink*
Anyone under the age of 18 that joins the site does so at their own risks and we at "Outcasts" are not responsible for them or their actions.
We have the right to change these rules at anytime. So check back often so you aren't found at fault.
